Clutch made of a book.
I make them of all those beautiful, old and torn books I can find, and sometimes out of a new one. This was a custom order.
If you want your own, contact me via email@example.com!
A Clutch made of an old Book. Yes, genius! And you can buy it here:
I made this purse out of an old book I bought at a flea market.
My friend Lisa is a librarian with a Ph. D. in Art History - so I though a book called “Da Vinci" would fit perfecty :)
I just made a similar one for my Mom for Christmas - I’ll post some photos sometime this week! Her’s is a little different, she wanted no handles, so it’s more a Clutch kind of purse.
By the way: if you want something like that, you can order one I’ll make just for you via firstname.lastname@example.org!
You do want to buy at least one of those bags (for Christmas, maybe…), don’t you?
You do, right? Right?
Well, ok then. Go to www.madebyida.com and there you go! :)
Since I just found out that madebyida.com has sold over 100 bags and purse since its opening in April - and since I have sewn all those bags myself - I decided it was time for a treat and so I sewed this white beauty, called The Snow Queen, for myself!
Isn’t she exquisit?
Baby Shoes I just sewed for my niece Rosa, aren’t they cute?
These pretty pouches are best used for make up or pens.
As every piece in my collections, all of these delicate pouches are single pieces.
This fancy wallet is made of cute mixtape fabric in combination with blue cotton.
It features eight card slots, a coin pocket and four compartments for bills, love letters… :)
The wallet closes viapress button and has a second one for when the wallet is extra full due to a lottery win! ;)
This piece is a one of a kind piece, sewn only once!

And this is a purse I made out of an old book about Leonardo Da Vinci.
I bought an old book and remodeled it into a purse for my friend Lisa’s 29. birthday.
The lining on the inside and the straps are red, her favorite color. Isn’t it precious?
She is a librarian with a Ph. D. in art history, so the Book about Leonardo da Vinci fit perfectly! I love it, she loved it, we all loved it!
